365-DAY PROTECTION PLAN
At Privacy Electronics, customer satisfaction always has been and always will be our top priority. That is why we provide to you that all of our products are covered by our standard 365-day protection plan guarantee from the moment of purchase. This covers any and all products purchased form our store and is effective for the first year following your purchase. This excludes, however, any custom-built or modified products. If your product ceases to function normally and it cannot be repaired by one of our highly trained technicians, it will be replaced with a new or like new product. It is very important to us that you get exactly what you’re looking for, which is why we’ve simplified the purchasing and protection of our products.
If you purchase a product from our store and it seems to be defective, we are here to help. First, call our support line at 1-866-904-8850 as soon as you notice a problem. We recommend that you let one of our technicians try to diagnose and fix the problem rather than doing it yourself. All our technicians are highly trained know exactly how to help you. Once you give us a call, we can usually resolve the issue over the phone. However, in rare cases where we cannot resolve it over the phone, our tech support department will issue you an RMA number for us to analyze the issue Once a defective product has been returned to us, our technicians will thoroughly test the product to find the problem and fix it. If the product cannot be fixed, we will replace it for you with a new or like new product.
The 365-day protection plan comes standard with all products. However, this excludes any custom-built or modified products. These products are only covered by a 60-day warranty. Please keep in this mind should you decide to purchase a custom-built or modified product.
